These Terms and Conditions govern access to and use of ViewTube, including all related pages, features, content services, creator tools, and support channels.

ViewTube is an independent product and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or officially connected to Google LLC or YouTube. Any third-party references are informational only.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, accessing, or using ViewTube, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and applicable platform policies. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Eligibility and Accounts

You must provide accurate account information and maintain security of your login credentials. You are responsible for activity under your account unless otherwise required by law.

We may suspend or terminate access for repeated violations, serious abuse, security risk, or legal requirements. Suspension decisions may include retention of related moderation and compliance records.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ViewTube and its operators from claims, damages, and expenses arising from your content, your use of the platform, or your violation of these Terms.

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
